AUSTIN (Austin American-Statesman) – Kennedy Wilson’s Austin office and Chicago-based Strategic Capital Partners have purchased a more than 472,000-square-foot portfolio of four warehouse and office buildings from TA Associates Realty, a Boston-based institutional real estate advisory firm.

The portfolio includes McNeil 1, 8 and 9, all on Technology Blvd. in northwest Austin, and McKalla 2 at 2500 McHale Court, just north of Braker Lane in North Austin.
