PFLUGERVILLE (Austin Business Journal) – Houston-based NewQuest Properties will develop Stone Hill Town Center, a one million-square-foot retail complex at the southwest corner of SH 45 and SH 130. The first stores could open for business by spring 2008.

The city council approved an economic development agreement that provides for incentives to the developer but also sets specific standards for the center’s appearance.
