AUSTIN (Austin Business Journal) – RREEF Funds LLC, on behalf of an unnamed institutional client, has purchased a more than 494,000-square-foot portfolio that includes the NorthTech Business Center at 4616 W. Howard Lane, Kramer 6 and 7 at 1905 E. Kramer Lane, and Waterford Centre 1 and 2 at 9100 Waterford Centre Blvd.

The seller of the 93 percent-leased portfolio was Austin-based HPI Real Estate and Investment Services Inc., which developed the properties.
