DAVIS SPRINGS AHEAD

AUSTIN (Austin Business Journal) – Construction will begin as early as April on Davis Springs Commercial Center, a one million–square–foot office and industrial campus.

The development is slated for 111 acres at the northwest corner of the SH 45 toll road and Parmer Lane. The $50 million first phase will include two buildings totaling 160,000 square feet of office space and three industrial flex buildings totaling 190,000 square feet. The development will also include a 500,000-square-foot corporate campus for one or more users.

At buildout, the development will consist of ten buildings totaling 700,000 square feet of office space and 300,000 square feet of industrial space
